Policies

Lash appointments are thoughtfully scheduled based on the specific set and the required time. I kindly request clients to book appointments accordingly, matching the condition of their lashes. To ensure fairness and efficiency, I strictly adhere to the appointment time allotted for lash fills. Please understand that lash work will be limited to the scheduled time, and additional enhancements for a fuller look will depend on the availability of extra time after the appointment. Any supplementary services will incur extra fees or may require paying for a new full set, depending on the condition of your lashes. 

Clients are asked to adjust their appointment accordingly at least 72 hours in advance if they require additional time during their scheduled fill appointment due to concerns about the number of remaining lashes or cleanliness of lashes.

1 week fill touch up (before 10 days after appointment) have least 65% or more lashes left in tact after grown out lashes are removed.

2- 3 weeks fills (before 21 days after appointment) have least 40% or more lashes left in tact after grown out lashes are removed.

Anything less than 40% in tact and/or past 21 days may be charged a new set.

NEW CLIENT POLICY/NO-SHOW

A $75 deposit will be charged upon booking for any new lash set. Your entire deposit will be used towards the cost of the lash set. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, the deposit will not be refunded. An additional cancellation fee will not be charged on top of the deposit. 

LATE POLICY

Please arrive to your appointment on time, with no makeup and clean lashes. If you are late or if you do not have clean lashes, this will reduce your appointment time. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same, or additional charges. If you are over 10 minuets late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule & pay a fee.

Lash Fill Policy

40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. Foreign fills are on a case by case basis. They may require more time, or may require a removal. This will be charged according to time spent.
